How To Track My Order
Step 1 Account login
Log into your account.
Step 2 Order Search
In "Personal Center" , click on "View ALL" or "My Orders" , you will be able to get an overview of your order history and the status.
Step 3 Processing Orders
Check the track of your package and the estimated delivery time .
Click on the Tracking Content or "Track" to your order Track page.
Click on "Expedite shipment" to speed up the processing.
Step 4 Shipped Orders
Check the track of your package and the estimated delivery time .
Click on the Tracking Content or "Track" to your order Track page for details.
Click on "Urgent Delivery" to speed up the shipment.
Step 5 Order Abnormity
Check or click on the content for any abnormality.
Step 6 Order Confirmation
Once you receive your package, click "Received" and earn Bonus Points. (Shop & Save)
